By using ColorizeOldPhotos you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide AI tools that colorize and restore photos. Results are generated automatically and are an estimate: colors are not a record of the original scene, and restoration may alter fine details, including faces. Always compare against your original, which we never modify.

Your uploads

• You must own the photo or have permission to edit it.
• You keep all rights to your uploads and to the results. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.
• Photos are screened automatically before processing. We may decline any photo, including by mistake, and may block accounts or devices that repeatedly upload prohibited content. If you think a photo was declined in error, contact us.
• Do not upload illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or images intended to harass, deceive or impersonate anyone.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no automated access, circumventing daily limits or bot protection, reselling access, or attempting to disrupt it. We may block usage that does.

Credits and refunds

• Previews are free within daily limits. Downloads use credits, valid for 2 years from purchase.
• If a result fails to generate, the credit is not charged or is returned.
• Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable unless the service clearly failed; contact us and we will make it right.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
